The terms below cover buying from this site. They are written plainly and are meant to be fair rather than clever.

Prices and currency
All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, and the total you see before you pay is the total you are charged.
Shipping
Individual physical books ship to United States addresses at a flat rate of $8.50 per order, however multiple books may incur extra costs. Rich will contact you to get approval of shipping costs before bulk copy orders are finalized.
Orders are packed and posted by Rich personally, not by a warehouse. Most go out within a few business days. If something is going to take longer, you will hear about it rather than being left wondering.
Signed copies and bulk orders
These are inquiries, not checkout purchases. Submitting either form does not charge you anything and does not place an order.
Rich replies by email — usually within one to two business days — with a total that includes shipping to your address, and payment options. Nothing is owed until you agree to that total.
Returns and refunds on physical books
If a book arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell Rich within 30 days and he will replace it or refund it. Photographs help but are not demanded.
If you simply changed your mind, a book can be returned within 30 days in resalable condition for a refund of the purchase price. Return postage is yours unless the fault was ours.
Digital downloads
Ebooks are non-refundable once downloaded. This is the ordinary rule for digital goods — a file cannot be given back — and it is stated plainly here so it is not a surprise later.
If a download fails, arrives corrupted, or will not open, that is a different matter entirely: say so and it will be fixed or refunded.
Your ebook is yours to read, not to redistribute
Buying an ebook buys you a personal copy. Read it on as many of your own devices as you like. What it does not permit is uploading it, sharing the file, or reselling it.
Links to Amazon
Product pages link to Amazon as an alternative place to buy. Those links are provided as a convenience. Amazon’s prices, delivery, and returns are governed by Amazon, not by this site.
